Miley Cyrus - The Climb - Official Music Video (HQ)

Each of us have mountains we need to climb, we must never give up no matter what age we are or the circumstance. Stand firm in Christ and we will make it! Remember no matter how hard the climb is we must embrace it, and continue to push in keeping the faith.

The Apostle Paul told Timothy: "Timothy, my son, I give you this instruction in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by following them you may fight the good fight, holding on to faith, and a good conscience."
1 Timothy 1: 18-19

My prayer for all who are struggling today with a mountain is that you will not give up, you will push in, and fight the good fight of faith, standing firm in Christ staying on the narrow way right until the end.

Keeping the faith!

Love to all,
Robin

P.S. I just might go to a Hanna Montana movie!

Miley has had to face some uphill battles at her young age and I think this song about her faith comes from her heart. Thanks for sharing.

I have not really listened to Miley Cyrus but this song gave me chills. It was absolutely beautiful. I just wrote a post about being Turned On By Hope...one of the things I wrote about was climbing mountains.

Ladies I really did not know who the person was who played the character Hanna Montana let alone know she could sing. I thought she was for little girls. Duh. A few days ago Brian Hardin from DAB talked about going to the movie and how he was moved by the song and the hills of Tennessee which he loves. I became curious. I have listened to this song numerous times and it does send chills down your back.

Annie what is your blog url?

Andrea I am praying for you.

I have a huge mountain at the moment I need to push into embrace it and keep the faith, prayers are welcomed! It is strange you write a post and I think sometimes they are more for yourself than anyone else.

Ladies thank you for coming over to my space.

Hi Robin,

What a beautiful faith-filled song and post my friend.

Yes, we all have our moutains to climb, sometimes some are higher than others to reach it seems. I loved it when you said, "Stand firm in Christ and we will make it! Remember no matter how hard the climb is we must embrace it, and continue to push in keeping the faith." I will always stand firm in Christ. He gives me strength and endurance to fnally reach the top. I love Him so.

As always Robin, you touched me deeply again today. This is a very important post. As with Andrea, one of my mountains has been struggling with physical maladies for a very, very long time, but as I lean into Him more I'm getting gradually near the top because no matter how painful it is at times, it is all worth it because of Him and the eternal life that we all will have some day with Him. All praise, honor and glory to you Almighty Father forever and ever. Amen!

Thank you so much for this post today.

I love you dear friend,
Alleluiabelle

Robin,
Welcome back! I hope your semester of study ended well! Mine did. I may have a break taking classes now and start a new program in January ... maybe. I am teaching an online course the summer semester for Harding University on Principles of Biblical Interpretation, so I'm still in the classroom, but on the other end!

Thanks for the nice comments recently on my blog.

And thanks for the pray for us to able to climb our mountain. wb

Hi Robin,

Thanks for stopping by my blog a few weeks ago and leaving me a comment. I love this song of Miley's. I hope she can continue to keep her feet grounded. I caught a glimpse of the woman she will one day become after hearing this song.
