Prayer Walking

It seems God is not finished with me concerning prayer walking. A close friend and I have committed ourselves to walk the many different communities in our city over the fall and winter month's. We are going to follow our personal trainer Jesus as we step out in faith. A deep desire in both of us it that in each community groups of two will come forth to pray for their area and that those who do not know Christ will have a stirring in their hearts to seek for truth.

Here I am fall, and this topic has not gone to the wayside. It has been just simmering all summer and now is the time to turn the passion back on.

Prayer walking last Friday bought hope, a sense that God was going to do amazing things, and that the Holy Spirit was leading.

"An what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8)

A scripture that has inspired me today from the Message, "A life devoted to things is a dead life, a stump, a God-shaped life is a florishing tree." Proverbs 11:28
