A Brain Vacation

Image
July was an extremely crazy, out of control month in my world. With the arrival of a new grandbaby, company, visiting patients in the hospital, deadlines both at work, and academically, I hit a period of needing to pull back. I was asked in a comment last week, “Where are you.” Well, I was hiding. Thank you Sojourner for asking. My brain decided to take a holiday from the numerous stressors that had build up before, and within the month of July. With this vacation of the brain, the creative process that I needed to write on the blog went completely on hold. A dream or rather a desire I have had for years, since 1999 to be exact, was to go to Kansas City and visited the 24/7 House of Prayer. I have been listening to the WindFarm Radio for several weeks. It is amazing to hear worship music, mixed with prayers prayed by listeners for the DAB community and heart prayers for the world. If you have not checked out the DAB (Daily Audio Bible ) community ...

Trying to Blog

I am trying to hand write three pages a day and writing in the hard journal is not as intimidating as the online journal. I believe the reason is knowing no one will read my entries, this has a releasing power. I still would like to post more on my blog. The original name for this blog was walking with Yeshua. I can not change the name on the URL, as I contemplate this perhaps the name should stay in the original form. I do walk with Jesus daily and my words will reflect my journey with Him. I believe the first step to walking with Christ daily is getting totally grounded in God's word. I am thankful I can read it freely without persecution. Over the last few days I was convicted that I need to start prayer walking again, and that was another reason I named this blog walking with Yeshua. Later, robin
